How Cells Work

Cells are the main places in a jail. How they work is that one who wants a cell submits the "Cell Form" as a new topic. Then an admin has to approve it, and the prisoner will be notified that they have successfully obtained a cell. A topic containing the prisoner's name and cell number will be posted by an admin in the "Cells" section. Prisoners can invite other prisoners to each other's cells to chat and roleplay. In the form, it will say if you want your cell to be PRIVATE or not, and who you want to be allowed to see it. If you're going to be doing mature stuff in there, please put PRIVATE.
